This is a vintage ombre check open collar shirt from "ARROW" from around the 1960s.
The material is rayon.
Although it's difficult to see in the photos, there is a single pocket (no flap) on the left chest.
The condition has some fraying on the button loop, and overall there is some wear and tear typical of rayon fabric.
